Interview experience at Enosis solution

A university senior referred me to Enosis Solutions, leading to a three-round interview process that I genuinely enjoyed. The technical round was especially notable; the interviewer was friendly, adaptable, and challenged me with various problem types. Below is an overview of my experience.

April 17, 2026

Many students from my university, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, work at Enosis. During my student years, I was particularly interested in joining Enosis Solutions because most of the seniors I looked up to were employed there. On top of that, I'd consistently heard positive reviews of the company, which made me even more eager.

I didn't apply directly. One of my university seniors referred me, and shortly after, I received a call for an interview. Worth noting: at the time, nearly everyone who applied, whether referred or not, was being called in.

The interview had three rounds:

  1. Written Exam
  2. Technical Interview
  3. HR Interview

consistently heard positive reviews of

Written Exam

The interviewer gathered us, about 6 to 8 candidates, mostly from the same university (I was from a different University than those people), in a conference room. He started with a slideshow about Enosis and life there, which I found genuinely impressive. Then he handed out the exam papers and left the room.

The questions were straightforward: mostly problem-solving, a few QA questions, and some analytical ones. I answered all of them correctly except one, not because I didn't know the answer, but because I was moving too quickly and made a careless mistake.

My one criticism of this round: since the interviewer left the room, the other candidates, who all knew each other, openly shared answers. I think having someone present would have made the process fairer.

Technical Interview

This was the highlight for me. The interviewer was approachable and supportive throughout. He gave me a C++ application and asked me to solve a problem based on it. The core problem was simple enough, but what made the round interesting was that he kept introducing variants, four or five different versions, and asked me to approach each one using a different technology. I was able to work through all of them.

One minor downside: the problems are available online, and it seemed like the same set was being given to everyone. That takes away a little of the challenge's uniqueness.

Near the end, the interviewer pulled out my written exam paper and pointed to the one question I'd gotten wrong. He asked if I could see the issue in my solution. I walked through the correct answer, and he seemed satisfied.

HR Interview

By the grace of Almighty Allah, I received an offer after the technical round, and the HR stage followed. It was brief and straightforward. They walked me through the contract, gave me time to read it, and asked me to sign.

Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience, and I'm glad I went through it.
