Problem

The client owns a real state business in the United States. They had an old system build with ASP1 and running on a windows virtual server. They only had the access to the virtual server. They didn't have any idea where the database is and how the application is running. But in the day to day life they were facing so many issues. The app were sometimes freezing all of a sudden.
